The I LOVE MINI car log is not exclusive to MINI. You can register vehicles released worldwide, regardless of brand, and manage records separately for each vehicle.
If you manage several vehicles, check which one you are recording expenses for. Accurate vehicle details and current mileage help keep receipts and fuel records from different cars separate.
Log fuel, maintenance and consumable costs
The app is being prepared with an option to add expenses by category. Check the date, actual amount paid and mileage against your receipts and service documents.
- Fuel: check the refuelling date and amount paid.
- Maintenance: describe the actual work, such as brake pad replacement.
- Consumables: distinguish the items purchased or replaced.
- Car wash: keep these costs separate from fuel and maintenance.
Review monthly expenses and recent maintenance
The monthly summary preview shows costs by category and the number of entries, helping you check for missing or duplicate records.
The sample amounts of KRW 78,000 for fuel, KRW 320,000 for maintenance and KRW 48,745 for consumables total KRW 446,745. They are illustrative, not actual member spending statistics or average maintenance costs.
Set reminders by date or mileage
The reminder preview includes a description, date and mileage. Enter the maintenance task you want to remember and choose the relevant criteria.
Date- and mileage-based reminders are in preparation. They are a planning aid, not a replacement schedule: follow the vehicle manual and advice from a qualified service professional.
Distinguish personal entries from partner-confirmed records
A car log entry you add yourself is not the same as a service record confirmed by a partner. The digital service receipts feature under MY is intended to show partner-confirmed records and supporting documents.
